CHINA UV PAPER
Main process Raw materials for papermaking: 100% Recovered Fibre Daily average production of waste residue, waste plastics and other impurities: 186 tons (waste residue is collected by the municipal sanitation department for processing at the local waste-to-energy plant, and waste plastics are sold to plastics manufacturers as raw material). Daily average design output of pulping line: 800t/d. Process flow: raw material grading → pulping & de-trashing → high-density sand removal → low-density cleaning → refining → stock preparation → headbox forming → press dewatering → dryer drying → surface sizing → soft calendering → re-reeling → inspection & packing. The entire process centers on recycled pulp circulation, with water reuse above 90% — a true closed loop of resources–products–recycled resources. Process flow: raw material grading → pulping & de-trashing → high-density sand removal → low-density cleaning → refining → stock preparation → headbox forming → press dewatering → dryer drying → surface sizing → soft calendering → re-reeling → inspection & packing.
Art paper coating route: the base sheet is surface-sized and soft-calendered before entering the coating line in a one-coat + two-coat + soft-calender sequence, applying 18–22 g/m² per side so surface strength and printing gloss are achieved together.
Cast coated route: the coated surface is mirror-finished instantly under high temperature and pressure on a cast drum, yielding a high-gloss, ultra-smooth glass face with PPS roughness ≤1.2 μm.
Woodfree route: chemical pulp is blended after three-stage screening and cleaning, with surface sizing controlling two-sidedness; finished sheets reach D65 brightness ≥95% and opacity ≥90% with no optical brighteners.
All three routes run under DCS/QCS distributed control, with key parameters sampled and adjusted in real time, and every batch released only after passing GB/T 10335.1, QB/T 3518 and GB/T 12654 tests.
