Paper Making R&D Team
The company attracts talent through competitive introduction and incentive policies, having recruited more than 40 papermaking professionals from Zhengzhou, Kaifeng and other cities. Mainly in the production manager, paper production supervisor, pulping, maintenance, electrical instrument, sewage supervisor and team leader and other major production important positions. Production manager and chief engineer, engaged in paper technology management and research & development for more than 20 years; the chief engineer and all major pulping and papermaking technicians are senior professionals recruited from large domestic papermaking enterprises, each with decades of industry experience. Through a joint research base with Shaanxi University of Science and Technology, the team runs joint projects on high-strength corrugating medium and new T paper products, with several process improvements already applied in production.
