Sep 26, 2018 — A delegation led by the head of Xinxiang County, together with directors of the county's economy & IT bureau, work safety bureau, fire brigade and environmental protection bureau, conducted a pre-commissioning safety inspection at UV Paper.

Aug 15, 2018 — County government leaders and heads of development & reform, land, environmental protection, fire and work safety departments visited UV Paper for a project inspection and research tour.

May 26, 2017 — Henan China UV Paper signed a contract with Jiangsu Huadong Paper Machinery for the first major production equipment — the paper machine — marking the official launch of the UV Paper project.

May 2017 — A 50-mu plot in the Zhaipo block of the Xinxiang Industrial Park was secured for the project.

May 2017 — Wholly invested by Henan UV Paper Group, the company was renamed China UV Paper Co., Ltd.

Late 2014 — The former Xinxiang Yubei Paper Mill closed its old plant, set up a recovered-fibre comprehensive utilization center, and relocated into the Zhaipo block of the Xinxiang Industrial Park.

2000 — Zhaipo Welfare Paper Mill was restructured into Xinxiang Yubei Paper Mill.
