To help young employees grow faster, the company held a "Youth Shining on the Job" exchange, joined by more than twenty young staff from production, QC, equipment and administration.

　　Three senior engineers shared their journeys from line operators to technical backbones, encouraging young colleagues to learn with patience and work with diligence. Discussion covered skill upgrading, career planning and the mentor system.
