On the afternoon of 15 May, in an effort to enhance the sense of corporate identity and belonging of new employees and to enable them to adapt as soon as possible to the working environment and to their role in the workplace, a new staff entry training session was held in the afternoon of 15 May, in which new staff members were trained in the most recent stages of the company's work in three sections: personnel, administration and finance. During the training sessions, new employees were introduced and explained by the China UV Paper Personnel Commissioner, the Deputy Manager of the General Department and the Director of Finance, respectively, from the company ' s day-to-day work system, employee social security benefits and business culture, regulations for the management of company canteens and dormitories, the company ' s day-to-day financial reimbursement process and a tax filing. Following the conference, in order to ensure “full coverage” of the training of new employees, the China UV Paper Personnel Department shared training packages using a nailed “Clear Classes” learning platform in order to enable individual new staff members who were unable to attend the training on the same day because of their job needs to learn on their own, while requiring new staff members to become familiar with company rules and regulations and actively integrate into the UV Paper family as soon as possible. China UV Paper has always attached great importance to the training of new employees, to the periodic introduction of staff education, to the purpose of the corporate culture of communication, solidarity, professionalism, learning and development, and to the promotion of a culture that leads to a hard, hard-working and innovative spirit, and to the constant enhancement of corporate team cohesion and overall combat power. With the gradual implementation of the Overseas Raw Materials Project and the Xinxiang Local Phase II Project, China UV Paper needs more talent to create a joint venture.
