On the morning of 30 May, the Xinxianang County Social Board and the Nanjing Forestry University ' s Institute of Light Industry and Food held a workshop at China UV Paper, where they signed a co-construction agreement for student talent workstations, held a talent workstation signboard ceremony and conducted a business tour of study. At the Xinxiang County, Vice-Minister of Organization and Director-General of the Human Welfare Bureau, expressed a warm welcome to the arrival of teachers and students at the Nanjing Forestry University ' s Light Industry and Food College, and gave a presentation to guests on Xinxiang ' s geographical advantages, talent policy and potential for development, and expressed confidence in the creation of a pilot workstation to further the integration of the labour market and the achievement of a three-party partnership between government and business schools.   The Dean of the Faculty of Light Industry and Food at Nanjing Forestry University gave an overview of the schools of Nanjing Forestry University and the Faculty of Light Industry and Food, as well as the advantages of the production of paper at the College, and expressed a keen desire to move towards “compatibility of production studies and teaching” through tripartite cooperation among government schools.   General Manager of China UV Paper gave a presentation on the current talent situation of the company and the talent needs of the overseas regenerative pulp project and phase II project; Thanks were extended to the Community Social Services Agency for making the link and opening new avenues for school cooperation, and it is expected that future school cooperation spaces will expand in depth and diversity. • Following the signing and ceremonial opening ceremony, the three schools of government and industry conducted an in-depth discussion on specific follow-up cooperation; Students from the University of Forestry, Nanjing, Faculty of Light Industry and Food, led by the manager of the China UV Paper Production Technology Department, conducted a study tour of the company, which led them out of books and into the factory area, to experience a collision of theory and practice and to harvest an unforgettable study tour. In the next phase, UV Paper Envirronmental Production Paper will continue to strengthen co-operation with schools, further optimize the internship platform for university students, and work to create a good business environment for the further integration of teaching staff and for high-quality job start-ups.
