On 20 September, China UV Paper organized the Mid-Autumn 2021 Symposium and organized a grouping of staff to actively build a platform for the exchange of ideas among employees and strengthen the corporate team culture. The symposium was attended by the director-general of the company and the deputy general manager, as well as nearly 20 staff members from various departments. At the symposium, staff representatives spoke freely about their ideas on production, day-to-day work and life, pointing to individual problems and making many valuable comments. The Director-General confirmed the recommendations made and answered the questions on the ground, noting that the company was to create a gold prize and that the departments were to actively listen to the views of their employees and improve their work in an effort to create a cozy and harmonious corporate family. The holding of the symposium, while bringing our colleagues closer together and building a better relationship with each other, also provided direction for the next steps of corporate team-building and business standardization. In the next phase, China UV Paper will strengthen its initiatives in the areas of open access to feedback from staff, upgrading logistics services and staff support activities, in an effort to “bring on company-based and business-based” employees. On the afternoon of the same day, in anticipation of the upcoming 72nd anniversary of the National Day, the company organized a tour of the revolutionary historical film, Red Boat, in which the history of the Chinese Communist Party (CPC) was re-examined and the spirit of the Red Ship was deeply appreciated. The organization ' s activities, while enhancing the cohesion of the company ' s workforce, have further galvanized the zeal for entrepreneurship of the PJP patriots and officers. It has been stated that they will be able to keep pace with the times, to develop innovations, to achieve extraordinary performance in ordinary jobs and to contribute to China ' s characteristic socialist cause.
