On the morning of 21 January, Xinxiang County held a working session of the District Council, at which it was reported that the first “Xinxiang's Love Unit“, China UV Paper Co., Ltd., had been commended. In keeping with the concept of “brain is the first resource”, China UV Paper has been actively working with a number of higher education institutions, such as the Nanjing University of Forestry, in cooperation with the University of Nanjing, to create a training and vocational training base for university students. In the future, companies will continue to follow the path of “brain-braining” by constantly strengthening the recruitment and development of talent, further improving the talent management system, creating a good “brain-brain” climate and effectively creating a highly competent and well-qualified workforce.
