At the conference, the general manager of China UV Paper gave a presentation on the company ' s production operations and focused on the company ' s planning for the overseas regenerative pulp project and the second phase of the new material (degradable) project: the company ' s first phase 200,000 tons regenerated pulp project was scheduled to come into production in March of this year, when it would provide high-quality raw materials for the company ' s domestic projects, which would significantly reduce production costs and enhance the core competitiveness of the enterprise. Based on the production advantages of high-quality raw materials supply from overseas, companies have responded positively to government policy calls for “greening the environment” and “dual carbon targets” and are planning a total investment of 1,800 million yuan, a project to build a second phase of new materials (degradable) and a carbon-saving package that seeks to scale up, industrialize, address the problems of energy conservation and solid waste disposal in enterprises, and build a new material-industry system for sustainable development, with an estimated annual output of 4,300 million yuan, a tax of 168 million yuan and an average of 460,000 yuan. The Deputy Governor of Xinxiang County acknowledged UV Paper ' s achievements in recent years and its contribution to the economic development of Xinxiang, and the prospects for the development of the UV Paper II new material (degradable) project, hoping that enterprises would strengthen their own planning and work towards sustainable development. The Deputy Mayor of Xinxiang City acknowledged UV Paper ' s efforts and achievements in planning ahead for the overseas regenerative pulp project, seeking business development breakthroughs and an average acre tax. He acknowledged the direction of planning for the company ' s second phase of the new material (degradable) project and suggested that the relevant authorities should undertake an environmental assessment of the enterprise ' s second phase and give strong support to Xinxianang ' s indigenous paper industry. Following the meeting, the Deputy Mayor visited the company ' s premises and made an on-site tour of the Vagahara paper production equipment, process, capacity, etc. In the future, China UV Paper will further the green development concept, actively promote “energy-saving and carbon reduction” and accelerate the implementation of the second phase of the new material (degradable) project, with a view to making a greater contribution to local economic development!
