On 1 December, three persons from one row, the Deputy Director of the School Cooperation Centre of the Xinxiang Institute of Technicians and the Minister of Engineering, visited my department for a cooperative exchange with the manager and deputy manager of the integrated company. The Xinxiang Institute of Technicians is the Vocational Technical Institute for the Development of Middle and High-level Technical Personnel established by the Henan Province People ' s Government on the basis of the Xinxianang City Polytechnic School. The school is a full-time provincial priority technical school with a focus on the training of highly skilled workers at the (middle) level, with a combination of academic education, vocational training, skills identification and job guidance, and is an important base for the development of high-skilled (middle) technical skills at Xinxiang City. • In 2022, the company and the College established a new apprenticeship school. Using the model of “business schools with two systems and one industry”, using the school's rich teaching staff and a well-developed training system, and combining the on-site strengths of the enterprise's on-the-job training, to develop skills for the enterprise. In the first phase, two specialized classes were set up for paper and electricians, with over 70 trainees. Through the training examination, students are awarded certificates of completion and intermediate-level qualifications. The 20 major reports of the first issue of the party emphasize that talent is the first resource. On the basis of the previous cooperation, the two schools conducted in-depth collaborative exchanges and discussions on further deepening of talent orientation, enterprise tailor-made programme formation, skills development, etc. Finally, with the joint testimony of the participants, the parties held a sign-off ceremony for the signing of an “Integration Base”, which laid a solid foundation for future, multi-level and multi-form cooperation between the parties
