With a view to further strengthening safety management, ensuring the safety and security of the company's work, actively promoting a favourable climate for safe production, and making a strong contribution to the sustainability of safe production and ensuring the successful achievement of the goal of safe production throughout 2018, UV Paper Smart organized a fire-awareness competition on the afternoon of 9 November on the occasion of the National Fire Safety Awareness and Education Day. The event, which focused on fire safety awareness, included a series of questions such as mandatory personal answers, group replies, group risk questions, additional questions, audience questions, etc. The competition was attended by 21 participants from seven groups in the company ' s various sectors, and the participants in the field responded to the questions in an intense and fluent manner. Audiences also have a large number of staff members who have participated and won prizes. At the end of the competition, the paper-making group, the sewage group and the slurry group received the first, second and third prizes. Fire safety is a matter for social stability and for the safety of the life and property of the State, the collective and the workers themselves. The aim of the event was to ensure that safe production was generally stable in 2018 by increasing awareness of fire safety among staff, upgrading the operational skills of the group, emergency and rescue capabilities, risk screening governance and resistance to “three violations”. With the onset of winter and fires, companies have called on all sectors to effectively strengthen organizational leadership, to firmly establish a sense of security concern and “responsibility over Tarzan”, to actively take effective measures to improve the screening, clean-up and overhaul of fire hazards, to ensure effective fire safety for this winter and spring, and to ensure that fire safety is not lost.
