In an effort to help new employees become familiar with the company ' s environment and enter into working roles as soon as possible, on the afternoon of 1 November, China UV Paper organized a training session for recent new staff, which trained nearly 20 new employees in security, institutional and business culture. At the training session, the Deputy Manager of the China UV Paper Ring, the Manager of the Finance Department, the Personnel Commissioner and the Deputy Manager of the Integrated Department made presentations on the common knowledge of safe production and the operational aspects of job security, the financial reimbursement process and personal income tax, the day-to-day work system and business culture, the management of canteens and dormitories, as well as on-site responses to questions from new employees and exchanges with new employees. In the next phase, China UV Paper will take innovative forms and implement initiatives, carry out intensive training activities for new employees, actively promote a “safe, civilized and harmonious” working environment, and continuously improve the safety of new employees, their working skills and their sense of business honour, and their sense of belonging.
