• On 13 November, a study tour was conducted by a student from the Henan International Institute of Maritime Technology in the field of electromechanical and maintenance. During the course of the conference, the Commissioner of Personnel, Assistant to Production, Zhu Zhu Zhu Zhu Zhu Zhu Zhu Zhu and the Chief of Mechanics made presentations on recruitment, shared expertise in the maintenance of the production process and equipment, and responded to students ' questions on the spot, exchanged with each other, thus providing further insight into the profile of UV Paper, employee welfare and talent development programmes. Following the meeting, and under the leadership of UV Paper mechanics, the students of the Henan International Institute of Maritime Technology visited the company ' s premises and, through on-site study tours, gained a more intuitive and specific understanding of paper-producing equipment and process processes, which brought to a successful conclusion. In the future, China UV Paper will continue to promote cooperative exchanges among schools, actively improve talent-inducing measures and employee pay and benefits systems, and work to create a favourable climate for human growth — a genuine desire to work in partnership with universities and colleges and a genuine desire to develop in synergy, and to welcome a wide range of paper-making (relevant) professionals to pay attention to UV Paper, enter UV Paper, and integrate into UV Paper.
