On the afternoon of 2 November, members of the Xinxiang County Government group visited China UV Paper to conduct research, accompanied by the relevant leaders of the Xinxian County Social Institute, Zhaipo Town, and led by the General Manager of China UV Paper, to hold a seminar at the site. At the meeting, the General Manager of China UV Paper presented the company ' s production operations for the last three years. In recent years, the epidemic has affected markets, exports have shrunk and the paper industry has been severely affected. Faced with a serious market situation, companies “Induced potential, expand the market”, a number of initiatives guarantee stable and orderly production by enterprises. Companies have been actively implementing equipment modifications to reduce the production costs of enterprises and enhance their combined competitive power by increasing productivity. At present, the company has invested more than 20 million yuan in the retrofitting of production equipment, in which the speed of the membrane transferer reductor is increased from 680 m/min to the current maximum of 800 m/min, and the consumption of a ton of paper steam is reduced from 1.9 to 1.4 and the cost of steam is saved by 30,000,000 yuan/year, significantly reducing production costs and achieving the goal of technological efficiency. The company has been actively promoting the green energy-saving work of the enterprise through the technical adaptation of equipment, such as slurry machines and anaerobic reactors. Following a corporate debriefing by members of the Party of the District Government, The achievements made in such areas as “energy conservation and carbon reduction” have been acknowledged, with exchanges and discussions taking place on the current difficulties and challenges faced by enterprises, as well as on problems and claims related to their financing. It also stated that China UV Paper, the only local paper-making enterprise in Xinxiang, filled the gap in the Xinxiang region of the paper industry. Through recycling of recovered fibre and re-entry into the market, enterprises have achieved the concepts of resource recycling and greening. With regard to the difficulties of enterprises, the local sector must work hard to provide business services, strengthen its support for local enterprises, create a good business environment for enterprises, and help them to develop their faith and continue to do so.
